Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

We can ship products virtually anywhere in the United States or Internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your destination.

Our products are made-to-order and will typically ship out in 3-4 business days. Handling and processing for any orders placed on/near weekend and/or public holidays may be postponed and will be continued the following business day.

Make sure you enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received and the product is dispatched, we cannot alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate for reshipment.

We recommend customers to fill out phone numbers on shipping address. Phone numbers will be used for delivery purposes only. We promise we will never share, sell, lease, trade, or using phone numbers for marketing purposes.

Please also note that delivery times are estimate and may not be the actual delivery standard experienced. It may also require extra transit time because of unforeseen delays.

Estimated delivery time applies only to the major cities or office of mail exchange. Please allow more time for destinations beyond that. Packages may subjected to customs inspection and clearance. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by us in writing.

Collections and deliveries are not made on bank holidays and/or weekends. Please allow additional time if ordering on or near public holidays or during sale periods.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Our shipping charges are determined by the quantity and/or weight of your order and shipping method selected, including sales tax (if applicable). Our charge for shipment may not represent the actual cost paid by us to our courier.

Please be aware that our shippers may charge a customs handling fee, and that your country’s customs office will probably charge separate import fees and taxes. These may come as a bill arriving a week or more after you receive your package. For all shipping methods there may also be fees charged by other organizations working with your country’s post office. You are responsible for paying these fees.

CANCELLATIONS

By using our service you agree that you are fully aware of and committed to all actions and transactions you carry out through our site. Therefore, any cancellation request of order and transaction that have been processed and/or fulfilled will be rejected.
